Honey Roasted Almonds

Ingredients:
  • 1 Tablespoon Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Pure & Raw Honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 Teaspoon Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Coconut Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions
  1. Combine Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Pure & Raw Honey and butter in a medium glass bowl. Heat in microwave until butter is melted. Stir in almonds until coated. Spread coated almonds onto a foil-lined baking sheet into a single layer.
  2. Bake almonds at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until toasted.
  3. Meanwhile, combine Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Coconut Sugar, salt and cinnamon in a small dish; set aside.
  4. When done toasting, immediately transfer almonds to a clean medium bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over hot almonds and toss until evenly coated.
