Peach Mozzarella Pizza With Honey Balsamic

Ingredients:

For the Pizza:

  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 12 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 2 peaches, sliced

For the Honey Balsamic:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Very Raw Unfiltered Honey
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, as desired

Just grab some pizza dough from the store and top with a few simple ingredients like pesto, mozzarella and peaches. Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about a 12-inch circle and transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread dough with basil pesto, top with basil leaves, mozzarella and peaches.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until crust is golden brown the peaches have caramelized.
  5. While pizza is baking, combine all Honey Balsamic ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until fully combined.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with homemade honey balsamic – enjoy!
