Ingredients:
  • 1 single pie crust (unbaked)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Cup Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Raw Agave Nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • 2 cups pecan halves

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Fit pie crust into a pie pan. Trim excess dough around edges. Crimp edges in a decorative pattern.
  3. Beat eggs in a medium mixing bowl. Add Madhava Organic Coconut Sugar, Madhava Organic Agave, vanilla and melted butter. Beat until blended.
  4. Distribute pecan halves in unbaked pie crust. Pour egg mixture over pecans.
  5. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until center rises.
  6. Cool before cutting. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Refrigerate leftovers.
