- 1 single pie crust (unbaked)
- 4 eggs

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Fit pie crust into a pie pan. Trim excess dough around edges. Crimp edges in a decorative pattern.
- Beat eggs in a medium mixing bowl. Add Madhava Organic Coconut Sugar, Madhava Organic Agave, vanilla and melted butter. Beat until blended.
- Distribute pecan halves in unbaked pie crust. Pour egg mixture over pecans.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until center rises.
- Cool before cutting. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Refrigerate leftovers.
