Berry & Greens Smoothie With Organic Agave

Ingredients:
  • For the Berry Layer:
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower, frozen or 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Agave or our 5-calorie Organic AgaveFIVE to taste
  • For the Greens Layer:
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower, frozen or 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 handful spinach, frozen
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter, try our homemade nut butter recipe
  • Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Agave or our 5-calorie Organic AgaveFIVE to taste

Directions
  1. Place all Berry Layer ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Fill glass halfway with Berry Layer. Freeze any remaining berry smoothie in an air-tight container for later.
  2. Add Greens Layer ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Fill the rest of your glass with Greens Layer and freeze remaining smoothie in air-tight container for later.
  3. Enjoy!
