Spicy Peanut Butter And Honey Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings (fresh works better than frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Pure & Raw Honey
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce, plus more as desired
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce, or Bragg Liquid Aminos to make it gluten-free
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Rinse chicken wings, pat dry, brush with olive oil and arrange on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, flipping halfway through, until lightly golden brown.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, peanut butter, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and garlic.
  3. Toss cooked chicken wings in sauce and enjoy! Serve with extra marinade on the side as a dipping sauce.
