- 1 cup flour

- 1 cup coconut milk
- ⅓ cup coconut oil, soft at room temperature

This naturally sweetened corn bread recipe uses only 8 ingredients, 1 mixing bowl, and bakes in 25 minutes!
Directions
- For the flaxseed “egg”, mix 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed and 2-1/2 tablespoons of water and let sit 5-10 minutes until thickened.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch round pan with coconut oil.
- Using a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the coconut milk, coconut oil, and flaxseed “egg” mixture and stir until combined.
- Spread into greased pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Insert a knife or toothpick into the center to test if it’s done.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
