Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- In a large bowl beat 1 ½ cups Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Coconut Sugar and butter until thoroughly mixed.
- Add vanilla and eggs, blend until combined.
- Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Blend until well combined.
- Form dough into 1 ½ inch balls. Roll balls in a mixture of remaining coconut sugar and cinnamon.
- Please 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until set.
- Remove from baking sheet and cool on wire rack.
