Agave Fudgsicles For A 4Th Of July Dessert

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Light Agave Nectar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Garnish: Red and blue M&M’s, melted white chocolate

Remember those hot summer days when you’d unwrap a fudgsicle and try to gobble it up before it melted in the heat? Without fail, your fingers would end up dripping in chocolaty goodness, but you didn’t care because you were eating frozen fudge on a stick. Well, we’ve taken that classic fudgsicle recipe and given it the Madhava spin by using just a few simple ingredients like yogurt, cocoa powder and Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Light Agave Nectar. So you can feel a bit better about indulging in this frozen treat and letting the kiddos reach for seconds.

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix until well incorporated and smooth. Pour mixture into popsicle molds (or small paper cups with a popsicle stick) and freeze overnight.
  2. Run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the fudgsicles.
  3. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with chopped M&M’s. Enjoy!
