Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients:
  • 4 oz. liquid pasteurized egg substitute (don’t use raw eggs)
  • 1/4 Cup Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Light Agave Nectar
  • 1 cup half and half (or milk)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Overview
Directions
  1. In a 4-cup measuring bowl, combine egg substitute, Madhava Organic Light Agave Nectar, and vanilla in a bowl and stir to mix.
  2. Add cream and Half & Half (or milk).
  3. Chill thoroughly.
  4. Process in a ice cream maker of choice.
