- 6 tablespoons raspberry or peach sorbet
- 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Raw Agave Nectar
- 1 cup club soda or sparkling water (chilled)

- Scoop 1 tablespoon sorbet into each of 6 champagne flutes using a 1-tablespoon (#60 size) ice cream scoop or a rounded measuring spoon.
- Combine orange juice, lemon juice and Madhava Organic Agave in a pitcher and stir to mix. Add club soda.
- Pour mixture into prepared flutes over sorbet, dividing mixture evenly among glasses. Garnish and enjoy!
