Ingredients:

Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Pure & Raw Honey, Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Light Agave Nectar or Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic AgaveFive®

  • 1/2 ounce hot water
  • 2 oz Irish whiskey (Jameson or other)
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
  • Chilled seltzer
  • Lemon twist for garnish
Overview

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with this flavorful Irish whiskey cocktail featuring a twist of lemon and your choice of organic honey or agave. Sláinte!

Directions
  1. Stir together hot water and your choice of Madhava Organic Pure & Raw Honey, Organic Light Agave or Organic AgaveFive® until it dissolves.
  2. Combine whiskey, lemon, sweet vermouth and the honey or agave mixture to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
  3. Shake until well chilled and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with seltzer and garnish with a lemon twist and St. Patrick’s Day fare. Enjoy!
