Chocolate Greek Yogurt Mousse

Ingredients:
  • 1 container plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Amber Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • fresh fruit for dipping

This luxuriously creamy, chocolatey treat is easy enough to mix up in a flash, but decadent enough to feel like you’re spoiling yourself. Just a touch of Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Amber Agave Nectar is all you need to balance the rich and earthy cacao powder.

Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients (except for the fruit) in a food processor or blender on high. (You can also whisk by hand, but may miss out on the lovely airy texture a processor or blender creates.) Serve with fresh fruit, marshmallows, pretzels or your favorite dip-able food!
