Cranberry Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1½ cups fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Light Agave Nectar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons grated horseradish
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, chilled
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Overview
Directions
  1. Add cranberries to a medium saucepan over high Cover and cook 3 minutes, or until the cranberries begin to pop and soften.
  2. Transfer the cranberries to a blender. Add the Madhava Organic Agave, water, tomato paste, and salt. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the horseradish, to taste.
  4. Serve with shrimp and lemon wedges.
