Honey Ham Leftover Biscuits

Ingredients:
  • Sweet rolls from recipe
  • 1/2 pound sandwich-sliced honey baked ham
  • 1 cup swiss shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Pure & Raw Honey

Have leftover ham after a potluck or holiday celebration? Put your leftovers to good use with this recipe for honey ham biscuits! Combine what’s left of your honey baked ham along with Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Pure & Raw Honey and you’ve got a sweet and tasty snack or appetizer.

Directions
  1. Use our Sweet Roll Dough recipe to prepare your biscuits.
  2. Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment or spray with oil.
  3. Separate your biscuits into 2 layers; placing the bottom halves on your prepared baking sheet. Top with a mound of swiss cheese and ham. Place top of biscuit on top. Brush the tops with the melted butter.
  4. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Warm the honey in the microwave until it turns to liquid, then brush on top of biscuits as soon as you take them out of the oven. Make sure to serve hot!
