Oats & Honey Bars With Cranberries

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 Cup Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Pure & Raw Honey
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • sea salt

Directions
  1. In a small pot, melt butter, honey, and brown sugar together over medium heat. Once it starts to bubble, reduce the heat and cook for two minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. In a bowl, add the oats and pour the honey mixture over it. Add the peanut butter and stir to combine. Fold in the cranberries. Pour into a 9×13 baking dish and spread out and press down lightly. Sprinkle with sea salt. Put in refrigerator for two hours until completely set (and keep refrigerated until they’re all gone).
