- 1 cup butter (softened)

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream softened butter with Madhava Organic Amber Agave with an electric mixer until blended. Beat in egg. Mix in vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture and beat until blended. Mix in oats. Stir in raisins by hand.
- Spoon dough by tablespoons onto baking sheets. Press each mound of dough down slightly with fingertips. Bake 10 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
