Cream butter with Madhava Organic Coconut Sugar and Madhava Organic Agave Nectar in a mixing bowl. Beat in egg and molasses.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and salt. Mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture just until blended.
Using a 1-tablespoon scoop, spoon dough onto baking sheets (lining baking sheets first with parchment paper works well), placing scoops of dough 2 inches apart. Sprinkle lightly with extra Madhava Organic Coconut Sugar.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes for softer cookies, longer for crispier cookies.
