- 2 tablespoons lemon lime soda

This Grapefruit Rosemary Gin Fizz brings together our favorites of the summer season with fruity grapefruit juice, refreshing cucumber slices and a fragrant rosemary simple syrup made with Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Coconut Sugar for an incredible flavor. Make a big batch of this grapefruit cocktail for your next gathering!
Directions
- Pour water and Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Coconut Sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add rosemary sprigs and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside to steep for 15 minutes. Remove rosemary sprigs and store mixture in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Juice your grapefruit and strain juice into an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week. Or use store-bought grapefruit juice.
- To make one Grapefruit Rosemary Gin Fizz cocktail, combine gin, grapefruit juice, lime juice, sliced cucumber and rosemary simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a glass and top with lemon lime soda. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and sliced cucumber. Enjoy!
