1/4 Cup Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Pure & Raw Honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon water

1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into 2-ounce strips)

Directions
Combine Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Pure & Raw Honey with all marinade/sauce ingredients, except cornstarch and water, in a large zip-top bag. Squeeze mixture in bag until combined. Add chicken and seal. Move bag around to mix marinade with chicken. Marinate 1 to 2 hours at room temperature.
When ready to cook, remove chicken from marinade and set aside. Pour marinade through a fine strainer into a small saucepan. Discard solids in strainer. Place saucepan over medium heat. Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into sauce mixture. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cover to keep warm.
Broil or grill chicken until opaque and juices run clear. Transfer chicken to a serving plate. Drizzle sauce over chicken. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve with rice.
