  • 1/4 cup peanut butter or homemade honey nut butter

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate
  • Handful chopped peanuts or almonds

Directions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, organic agave and coconut flour. Set aside.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice bananas into bite-sized pieces and. arrange on lined baking sheet. Top each banana slice with a teaspoon of peanut butter mixture.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, and drizzle on top of banana pieces.
  4. Place in freezer for at least 5 hours to fully harden, then transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy!
