Cranberry Pumpkin Honey Harvest Granola

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Madhava Honey
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine oats, pecans and dried cranberries. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
  3. Toss oat mixture with honey mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Spread in a single layer on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir. Then bake for an additional 15 minutes, until golden.
  6. Cool, serve as desired.
