Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine oats, pecans and dried cranberries. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
- Toss oat mixture with honey mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread in a single layer on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Stir. Then bake for an additional 15 minutes, until golden.
- Cool, serve as desired.
