Autumn Superfood Salad

Ingredients:

Salad:

  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Chickpeas
  • 1 small head of Broccoli, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 2 medium Honey Crisp Apples
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Sweet Potato

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup Madhava Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Madhava Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Add salad ingredients to large bowl.
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients together.
  3. Drizzle over salad.
  4. Serve immediately.
