Overview

We love a good festive treat, but we’re not too crazy about the refined sugars and “natural food coloring” in most of the 4th of July popsicles in the grocery store – so we created a clean version to make at home, instead! These DIY Rocket Pops are made with Greek yogurt for protein, tangy berries for mouthwatering flavor, and just a touch of our raw organic honey to make this frozen treat completely irresistible.

Here’s the best part about this clean homemade popsicle recipe – it has the benefits of raw organic honey! That means it has antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, in addition to what you’ll get from those berries, and has lower glucose and fructose levels than regular cane sugar. Plus, our organic honey comes from wildflower fields, giving it a rich, aromatic flavor your taste buds will love.

Directions
  1. Place blueberries and 2 tablespoons raw organic honey in a blender and pulse until smooth. Carefully pour the blueberry mixture into each popsicle mold, filling each 1/3-full. Freeze for 45 minutes.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, milk and 2 tablespoons raw organic honey, whisking until smooth. Pour yogurt mixture on top of frozen blueberry mixture, filling each mold until it’s 2/3-full. Freeze for another 45 minutes.
  3. Place raspberries and 2 tablespoons raw organic honey in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour the raspberry mixture in the molds, filling them completely. Insert popsicle sticks and return popsicles to freezer until solid, at least 2 hours or overnight.
