Vegan Coconut Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:
  •       ½ cup Vegan Butter, softened
  •       ¾ cup Madhava Coconut Sugar
  •       1 teaspoon Vanilla
  •       2 cups Flour
  •       1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  •       ¼ teaspoon Salt
  •       3 tablespoons Almond Milk

Vegan cookies have never tasted so good. These cookies are made with minimal ingredients that you can trust. Sweetened with Madhava Organic Coconut Sugar, these coconut sugar cookies are absolutely delicious you wouldn’t even guess they are vegan!

Directions
  1.     Preheat oven to 350 F
  2.     Cream vegan butter, coconut sugar and vanilla.
  3.     Sift flour, baking soda and salt together.
  4.     Add to dry ingredients. Mix until crumbly.
  5.     Slowly add Almond milk until dough comes together to form a ball.
  6.     Shape dough into 24 balls
  7.     Place evenly on a prepared baking sheet, bake for 10 minutes.
  8.     Remove from oven and cool completely before decorating.
