Honey Stilton Cheese With Candied Walnuts

Ingredients:

For the Candied Walnuts

  • 1/2 cup walnut halves (slightly broken)
  • 1 Tablespoon Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Pure & Raw Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

For the Honey Stilton Cheese

  • 1 wedge stilton blue cheese (5-ounce, at room temperature)
  • 2 Tablespoons Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Pure & Raw Honey or more if needed

For the Candied Walnuts:

  1. Mix walnuts with Organic Pure & Raw Honey and salt, then spread mixture in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until nuts start to brown.
  3. Cool slightly on foil, then transfer nuts to a clean area of foil to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

For the Honey Stilton Cheese:

  1. Place cheese in center of a serving platter or cheese board.
  2. Drizzle Organic Pure & Raw Honey over cheese, using enough honey to allow it to drip down sides of cheese onto platter.
  3. Sprinkle candied walnuts over cheese and on the platter around the cheese. Serve with plain water crackers.
