Honey Balsamic & Pear Gorgonzola Flatbread

Ingredients:
  •  1 Large pre-made Flatbread
  • 1 tablespoon Madhava Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/8 cup Madhava Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Pears, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Crumbled Gorgonzola

Directions
  1.     Preheat oven to 400F.
  2.     Place the flatbread on a pizza stone, brush with olive oil.
  3.     Add thin layer of gorgonzola on the flatbread. Arrange pears, overlapping by 1cm on top of cheese.
  4.     Top the remaining crumbled gorgonzola and a pinch of salt.
  5.     Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.  
  6.     Drizzle with honey and serve.
