- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the first seven ingredients (flour through salt) and set aside.
- In another bowl, using a stand or hand mixer, beat the eggs until fluffy, then add the honey, yogurt, butter and coconut oil, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add in the dry mixture, beating on low speed until blended. Spoon the batter into prepared mini loaf pans or muffin tins, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Sprinkle the tops with slivered almonds and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
