For the chicken

For the salsa
- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 chopped medium jalapeño
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 Tbsp Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Light Agave Nectar
- 1/2 tsp fresh lime zest
- salt and pepper, to taste
