- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/3 cup Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Coconut Sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

- Prepare dough as directed. When done rising for a second time, place dough on a lightly floured surface. Roll dough into a 1/2-inch thick rectangle.
- For filling, spread butter over surface of dough. Combine Madhava Organic Coconut Sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins (if desired) and sprinkle over butter. Carefully roll dough into a log, starting from the shortest end.
- Cut dough log into twelve 1-inch slices. Arrange slices, cut side down, in a well-greased 9×13-inch baking pan (for extra flavor, coat the pan with Madhava Organic Pure & Raw Honey after the oil/butter). Cover with a moist cloth and let stand 30 minutes to allow dough to rise again.
- When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 20 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. If desired, top with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting.
