- 8 Tomatillos, peeled & quartered
- 1 medium Red Onion, chopped
- 2 Jalapeños, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup Cilantro
- 3 Garlic Cloves

Directions
- Set oven to 400F

Peel and dice tomatillos and add to an oven pan. Roast for 5 minutes (watch closely, ovens vary and they should roast pretty quick!)

Add tomatoes, red onion, and garlic together in food processor. Pulse until well combined.

Add agave, lime juice, salt and cilantro into the food processor with vegetables. Pulse until just combined.

Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
