Avocado Cashew Hummus

Ingredients:
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1 cup Raw Cashews
  • 2 medium ripe Avocados
  • 3 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 3 tablespoons Madhava Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • Garnish: parsley and red pepper flakes.

Homemade hummus is easier than it seems! Using cashews, avocados and chickpeas as the base, this unique hummus brings all of your favorite flavors together. Perfectly creamy and smooth, this Avocado Cashew Hummus is the dip to pair with vegetables and pack for easy lunches or eat as a snack at home.

Directions
  1. Soak cashews in water for 8 hours at room temperature.

    Pulse chickpeas, cashews, olive oil and lime juice in food processor until smooth

    Add salt and avocado to the processor, pulse until smooth.

  4.  

    Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes.

    Serve with pita, tortilla chips or vegetables and enjoy!
